Due to the custom-made nature of our pet portrait products, each order is carefully personalized and crafted just for you. This process takes time from the moment you place your order until it's ready for delivery.

USA

We estimate your order will arrive within 2–3 weeks after you approve your final portrait design. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe

Your order is expected to arrive within 2 weeks after you approve the final portrait design. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.

Important to Note

Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

We offer ‘skip the line artwork creation’. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier’s shipping time.

We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

What animals do you illustrate?

We specialize in crafting portraits for a diverse range of unique pets worldwide. Whether you have an adorable bunny or a beloved pet bird, we‘re here to create a beautiful portrait for you. If it’s an animal, chances are we can turn it into a stunning artwork. However, please note that our focus is on pets, and at the moment, we do not create portraits of humans.

Can I have more than one pet on one product?

We have products for two pets. You can find them on the product homepage. If you need more pet portraits on the same product, please contact us, and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Again, we love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!

Can I see the overall design before printing?

Yes, Pupaste offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 2-3 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

What if I don’t like the artwork?

Our commitment is to make sure you absolutely adore your artwork!

Once your portrait is complete, we will notify you via email. You will have a period of 3 days to either provide us with your edit requests or give your approval for printing. If we don't receive any communication from you within 3 days, we will assume that you are satisfied with the artwork and will proceed with the printing process.

We take pride in offering unlimited revisions at no additional cost, ensuring that you have the opportunity to make any desired changes and truly love your portrait.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we have shipped over thousands of pet portraits products round the world, and we always use fully tracked shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Since your order is completely unique and customized specifically for you and your pet, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
