At Pupaste, we take great pride in the customized nature of our products, which means we cannot accept returns. Each piece of artwork is designed with care and is uniquely tailored to you and your pet.

If you are not satisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. Customer satisfaction is our passion, and we always aim to ensure you’re delighted with your final masterpiece.

In the event that you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it. Just notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 30 minutes of placing it. After that time, changes will be considered at our discretion, as our artists often begin work immediately upon receiving your order.

Please note that we create your artwork based on the photo you upload. To ensure the best results, it’s crucial to follow our photography tips. We cannot provide solutions for low-quality photos, as this will directly affect the quality of the final artwork. While you can add notes to your order, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled. For instance, we cannot alter a photo to change a pet’s expression, but we can assist with minor edits like removing red-eye or changing eye color. 

Please be aware that all examples featured on our site are created from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Using blurry or low-quality images will prevent our design team from achieving the high-quality finish you see showcased.

Promo Codes

Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may come with specific exemptions or requirements for successful redemption. Please note that promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.

Additionally, we cannot honor retroactive discounts. Be sure to enter your promo code during checkout to ensure it is applied to your order.
