UK, Australia, Canada & Europe
Your order is expected to arrive within 2 weeks after you approve the final portrait design. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.
Important to Note
Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
We offer ‘skip the line artwork creation’. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier’s shipping time.
We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

If it’s an animal, chances are we can turn it into a stunning artwork. However, please note that our focus is on pets, and at the moment, we do not create portraits of humans.

Yes, Pupaste offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 2-3 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

Once your portrait is complete, we will notify you via email. You will have a period of 3 days to either provide us with your edit requests or give your approval for printing. If we don't receive any communication from you within 3 days, we will assume that you are satisfied with the artwork and will proceed with the printing process.
We take pride in offering unlimited revisions at no additional cost, ensuring that you have the opportunity to make any desired changes and truly love your portrait.

Since your order is completely unique and customized specifically for you and your pet, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
